The role acts as the lead liaison between staff, assisting nurses, counselors and medication specialists while supporting patients and families in the behavioral health system to promote recovery. The position requires education in addiction or mental health, strong communication, and ability to work in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service; ability to work weekends; thrive in a high-stress setting.
• Skills: Computer literacy; sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and support engagement to reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Lead specialty groups and document attendance in EMR.
• Track program evaluations and report data to leadership.
• Communicate effectively with patients in a treatment setting.
• Maintain program guidelines and document observations.
