Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Aide for the 7a-3p shift in Wareham, MA. This position supports patients and families in the behavioral health system to promote recovery and wellness.

The role requires education of a high school diploma or GED and experience in addiction or mental health, with weekend availability. You will coordinate with nurses, counselors, and medication staff and document activities in patient records. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years of customer service in a high-stress environment.
• Skills: Computer literacy; ability to use standard office software.
• Certificates: CPR certification or eligible.
• Preferred: MA Driver’s License with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and provide support to reduce recovery-interfering behaviors.
• Lead specialty groups and document attendance in EMR.
• Report data and outcomes to supervisors daily.
• Relate and communicate effectively with patients in a treatment setting.
• Work closely with counseling team and participate in recovery-oriented activities.
• Document observations, activities, and participation in patient records.
