Job summary

Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is seeking a Records Specialist to input data into FRVIS and ORION to issue titles and maintain vehicle title records. The role includes reviewing applications for accuracy and signatures, updating records, and handling high-volume transactions.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong data-entry skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Skill in typing and performing data entry.
• Ability to multi-task and organize work assignments.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to operate general office equipment to include a personal computer, copier, fax and scanner.
• Skill in reviewing and verifying data for accuracy.
