Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process, maintain, and manage criminal justice records using Records and Jail Management Systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and teletype communications with the public and other agencies.
• Perform data entry in the Jail Management system and run warrant checks using CCIC/NCIC; prepare and process bonds.
• Provide exemplary customer service to the public, professionals, agencies, courts, and those in custody.
• Maintain physical booking files and digital inmate records in the Jail Management System.
• Prepare and process various types of bonds.
• Operate computer systems, telephones, and radio equipment to support daily operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and adhere to legal requirements.
