Job summary

MASY Group, a government service company, is seeking an experienced Registrar support specialist for the National Defense University in Maryland. You will assist Registrar staff with enrollment verification, class placement, graduation requirements, file creation, and event preparation, with occasional evening or weekend work.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years in lieu), minimum 3 years in the portfolio area, strong organizational skills, and TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the portfolio area.
• Bachelor's degree (5+ years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree).
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and at various university locations.

Responsibilities

• Review data from faculty and students to resolve student class enrollment.
• Prepare and process Registrar Office documents, and review and index academic documents.
• Attend faculty and academic staff meetings/committees as required.
