Job summary

The MASY Group is a growing government services contractor based in Bethesda, MD, supporting DoD and IC with intelligence analysis and educational services. This role focuses on registrar operations, student enrollment verification, and document processing for NDU programs.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, and proficiency with Jenzabar; TS/SCI with CI Poly is required. On-site work across university locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the portfolio's specialty area.
• Proficient with Student Information Management Systems like Jenzabar.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and at various university locations.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Review data from faculty and students to resolve student class enrollment.
• Prepare and process registrar documents, review and index academic documents.
• Produce transcripts and verify attendance and graduation for alumni.
• Conduct academic data entry, scanning and indexing of documents, maintain records.
• Assist with National Defense University events.
• Attend faculty and academic staff meetings/committees as required.
