Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Records Management Supervisor to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. The supervisor will manage administrative tasks, support DHS records systems, and coordinate with PMs and managers.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, active clearance, and a high school diploma with at least five years of relevant experience in NRC program management support. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and data analysis is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assimilate and analyze data from relevant parties.
• Capable of preparing presentations or other documentation.
• Must have working knowledge of DHS acquisition system and office automation.

Responsibilities

• Attend IPT meetings and support project information reporting.
• Maintain the action items log.
• Work with records management staff to obtain status of actions items and other pending issues.
• Provide administrative support services related to DHS records management systems.
• Service acquisition activities that support a program's development, management, and contracting.
• Manage the contract acquisitions log and ensure purchases of records management services, supplies and equipment are effectively acquired and logged.
• Conduct research on discrepancies pertaining to contractor monthly reports.
• Provide guidance to the Contract Data Entry Operator and assist Management Team with contract requirements submission.
