Job summary

Puget Sound Energy seeks a Governance Documentation Manager to support energy resource development through governance, documentation, analytics, and stakeholder communications. You will administer Airtable, enhance reporting, and pilot AI tools while ensuring compliance with records retention and regulatory needs.

Join a team working across internal and external stakeholders, driving project decisions and governance standards within PSE’s energy resource programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in technical communication, documentation management or project management.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
