Job summary

SIMCO, LLC is seeking a qualified CCP Records Analyst I/II/III at the Hanford National Laboratory Site in Richland, WA. You will manage electronic and hard copy records, ensure configuration control, and support WRMO/EDRMS implementations while collaborating with WIPP departments.

The role emphasizes experience with records management processes, DOE regulations, and delivering compliant documentation throughout the records lifecycle. A DOE badge and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of office/clerical experience or high school with four years of office/clerical experience.
• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without SIMCO sponsorship.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the WIPP Site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications for all WIPP departments in the active lifecycle stage.
• Upload documents into EDRMS and establish electronic relationships for configuration control.
• Lead or participate in WRMO tool migrations and electronic records management program implementations.
• Support CCP Document Control/Records Management activities and personnel.
