Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Records Management professional to support RM/DC software and related interfaces across ECM and EAM systems. You'll analyze data, perform system administration, and assist with training and change management to improve RM processes.

The role requires a BS/Associates or strong HS with applicable experience and emphasizes independent work and data integrity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 2 years of direct applicable experience, or an Associate degree with 3 years of direct applicable experience, or a High School education with 5+ years of direct applicable experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support RM/DC software/hardware for ECM and EAM systems and related interface applications; promote standardized processes and data workflows.
• Resolve routine RM/DC processing problems and assist users; escalate complex issues promptly.
• Perform system administration and software testing, including off-hours, to support implementation.
• Conduct data analysis, data conversions and data validations for RM/DC processes and site integrations.
• Develop/maintain user desktops; lead change management on software technology changes and provide training to RM staff and other departments.
• Assess RM program implementation and performance.
• Backup Site Records Manager(s) as needed.
