You will work closely with Legal, IT, and Regulatory teams to translate requirements into practical governance and retention workflows, supporting enterprise information governance initiatives and privacy

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 9 years of progressive records management experience in electronic and physical environments.
• 3
• At least 6 years implementing RM programs including file plans, training, and user adoption.
• Deep knowledge of RM principles, retention, and information governance frameworks.
• Collaboration across Legal, IT, and Regulatory stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and delivery in dynamic settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience in training and executive presentations.
• Self-directed, resourceful, analytical, and adaptable to evolving needs.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with business units to develop file plans and deploy RM solutions.
• Serve as liaison for RM guidance on classification, retention, and defensible disposition.
• Conduct compliance audits, identify gaps, and recommend remediation actions.
• Translate compliance and technical requirements into operational guidance with Legal/IT/Regulatory teams.
• Gather requirements for EDMS including metadata structures and retention workflows.
• Maintain Records Management Policy, Retention Schedule and procedures.
• Monitor program metrics and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Contribute to enterprise information governance initiatives including privacy and business continuity.
