Job summary

FSA Federal in Washington state seeks a Records Examiner/Analyst to support ATF operations. You will review and verify case data, enter information into databases, create case files, and track status to meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and data interpretation are essential for accurate reporting. Qualified candidates have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, plus proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or HS diploma with two years' experience.
• Experience in asset forfeiture or law enforcement field preferred.
• Ability to grasp organization and functions of the customer.
• Strong project and workload management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data from multiple sources.
• Confirms data completeness and resolves inconsistencies.
• Accurately enters data into databases and spreadsheets.
• Creates case/project files and tracks status.
• Manages requests for additional information as needed.
• Prepares reports and correspondence using word processing software.
• Provides timely status updates and supports other duties as assigned.
