Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, or HS diploma with two years' experience.
• One year experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement.
• Ability to grasp and understand the organization's functions.
• Demonstrated project and workload management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Proven commitment to excellent customer service; positive and flexible.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data from multiple sources.
• Confirms completeness of data and resolves inconsistencies.
• Enters data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Creates and manages case/project files.
• Manages validation of case files and data systems.
• Tracks case file status to meet deadlines.
• Handles requests for additional information as needed.
• Selects relevant information to prepare documents and reports.
• Manipulates, transfers, computes and prints information.
• Prepares reports and correspondence using word processing software.
• Provides accurate and timely status updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
