Kelly is seeking a Records Coordinator to join a leading legal organization in Plymouth, MN. The role is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a temp-to-hire path and pay of $21 per hour.
You will handle essential administrative tasks, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the right department. You will use Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook to respond to client inquiries, reconcile invoices, process payments, and create client profiles.
