Job summary

The Oklahoma District Attorneys Council seeks a Criminal Charging Clerk to join the charging pool team in Oklahoma City. The role handles entering criminal charges into our software from start to finish, collaborating non-adversarially with staff, ADAs, judges and police where needed, while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.

The position emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced work, reliability and strong computer/typing skills.

  • Must be punctual with exemplary attendance.

  • POSITION TITLE: Criminal Charging Clerk
  • LOCATION: 211 N Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102
  • STATUS: Full-Time/Immediate Opening
  • CLOSING: Open Until Filled
  • SALARY: Starting at $32,000.00, with a 90-day review
  • BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits, including insurance allowance, paid sick and annual leave, paid holidays, and longevity.
  • POSITION SUMMARY: The charging pool team is the hub of where the criminal process of what the District Attorney's Office does and begins the process of prosecution. Works collaboratively but separately, in a non-adversarial manner, with other team employees, Assistant District Attorneys, and sometimes Judges and police officers. Entering a criminal charge into our software program from beginning to end. Must be able to maintain confidentiality
