Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Record Center Specialist in Northborough, MA to support day-to-day record processing and order fulfillment. The role involves hands-on physical work, scanning, and using a proprietary system to keep orders accurate. Shift is 07:00AM - 03:30PM, five days a week.

The job requires lifting 10–100 lbs regularly, operating hand carts and pallet jacks, and standing for long periods. Eligible for temp-to-perm and benefits after screening.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders by moving, arranging, and loading storage boxes and totes containing files and other materials
• Lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs and move them on stairs or inclines as needed
• Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks and load pallets manually or with handling aids
• Use handheld scanners and a proprietary system to locate boxes and track orders
• Load and shrink wrap pallets and prepare shipments for trucks

Our client is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day record processing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with hands-on, physical work while using scanners and a proprietary computer system to keep orders accurate.

Pay Range: $21.28

Shift: 07:00AM - 03:30PM

What's the Job?

• Process orders by moving, arranging, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Lift and carry boxes ranging from 10–100 lbs on a regular basis without assistance, including moving boxes up and down inclines and stairs.
• Safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces.
• Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes; scan items with a handheld scanner.
• Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts, and load boxes onto pallets and pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.

What's Needed?

• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods, including frequent reaching and twisting.
• Ability to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes without assistance, including prolonged lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort reading and writing English to process labels and orders accurately.
• Experience or comfort operating material handling equipment such as hand carts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to climb and balance on ladders as required for tasks.
