Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist in Portland, OR. The role supports warehouse operations with a focus on accurate order processing and efficient material handling.

The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with scanners and pallet handling is preferred, and a valid driving record is advantageous.

Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay: (Add pay rate)

What You'll Do

• Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently

• Move, organize, and store boxes, files, books, and other materials

• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and customer orders

• Load and unload materials utilizing hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts

• Prepare pallets for shipment, including shrink-wrapping and staging

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience required

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

• Comfortable with physical work including standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching

• Experience operating pallet jacks and material handling equipment preferred

• Ability to read and write English

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Clean driving record is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing 24-50 lbs regularly

• Work on concrete surfaces for extended periods

• Ability to climb and balance on rolling ladder carts

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
