SERVPRO of Bountiful is seeking a Reconstruction Coordinator to keep our department's job files, paperwork, and communications organized and on track. This is an office-based role focused on customer interactions and detail-driven administration.

You will support Project Managers by confirming job details, tracking documents, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Strong communication and organization are essential to help customers navigate the rebuilding process smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong phone communication, friendly and professional.
• Patience and professionalism when helping customers.
• Clear written communication and accurate message-taking.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills: email, data entry, and digital file management.
• Willingness to learn new software and follow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple files and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize new reconstruction job files.
• Prepare and send customer confirmation emails.
• Communicate with customers and team members by phone and email.
• Track required documents and follow up on missing information.
• Track job progress and keep project records up to date.
• Enter customer and job information into company systems.
• Process documents and maintain organized digital files.
• Complete file closeout by verifying paperwork and archiving records.
• Assist Project Managers as needed to support rebuilding efforts.
