Job summary

SERVPRO of Bear, New Castle, and Upper Darby is seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to join our Reconstruction Department. You will work closely with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, and vendors to move projects from authorization through completion and final billing.

This role involves coordinating schedules, sourcing subcontractors and materials, maintaining files, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely billing.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of project coordination, construction administration, office operations, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone and customer-service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable learning construction and restoration software.
• Ability to work independently while supporting Project Managers and the broader team.
• Comfortable following up with others and maintaining accountability to schedules, commitments, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to adapt quickly when schedules and priorities change.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Project & File Management: Create, organize, maintain, and audit project files; track requirements; maintain accurate information in systems.
• Scheduling & Accountability: Maintain project schedules; coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; monitor milestones.
• Materials, Vendors & Subcontractors: Source materials, request pricing, order materials, and track orders.
• Budgeting, Estimating & Billing Support: Assist with budgets, costs, estimates, change orders, and billing documentation.
• Customer & Team Communication: Provide professional support and maintain documentation of communications.
