Qualifications

• Five years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Proven ability to deliver projects and meet metrics.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and coach direct reports and succession planning.
• Contribute to strategic plans aligning with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and performance targets.
• Foster a positive team environment and Carvana values.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff.
• Ensure progression path training and certification processes.
• Provide competency-based feedback to leads and associates.
• Manage production capacity and assist with planning.
• Ensure health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Provide vision to meet performance metrics.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
