Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to supervise daily operations in an Inspection Center. You will direct 5 leads and up to 70 front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment, driving quality, throughput, and cost objectives.

You will mentor and develop the team, implement strategic plans, and ensure safety and adherence to Carvana's values. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop associates.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor directs reports and coach for leadership development.
• Contribute to strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and performance targets.
