Job summary

Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a full-time Reconditioning Advisor to coordinate the internal reconditioning process from acquisition to frontline readiness. You will work with sales, service, parts and detail teams to ensure timely, cost-effective reconditioning and inventory readiness.

The role requires dealership service writing or reconditioning experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vehicles and projects.

Qualifications

• Dealership service writing or reconditioning experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and projects simultaneously.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, Professional appearance, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to pass a criminal background screening & Able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage internal repair orders for inventory vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and reconditioning needs with service technicians.
• Communicate repair status and timelines with sales and management teams.

Hansel BMW is looking a full-time Reconditioning Advisor to join our team in Santa Rosa!!

The Internal Recon Service Advisor coordinates and manages the internal reconditioning process for used vehicles from acquisition through frontline readiness. This position works closely with the sales, service, parts, and detail departments to ensure vehicles are repaired, reconditioned, and completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Location: Hansel North (Mazda, Subaru, BMW, VW) Santa Rosa, CA

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Defined:

The Reconditioning Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $27.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
