Job summary

Archway Group is seeking an Analyst - Portfolio Reconciliation to join our reconciliation team in a hybrid role. You will reconcile transactions against custodial records for accounts with financial securities and support client reporting, data management, and pricing details from multiple sources.

You will collaborate with Implementation and Global Access teams, manage exceptions, set up new accounts, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reconciliations while maintaining clear communication

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology.
• Self-motivation, organization and drive to meet multiple client deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly client account reconciliations across custodial and alternative investment accounts using proprietary software.
• Troubleshoot complex exceptions, complete new account setup, and review client reporting for accuracy.
• Collect and maintain security pricing details from third-party vendors and broker quotes; document processes for client needs.
• Communicate with internal and client teams to resolve issues and coordinate with technology or vendor support when needed.
