Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year clerical and/or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Rent Calculation certification preferred, but required within one year of employment.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and be insurable under AMHA.

Responsibilities

• 65% Travel to developments to conduct annual and interim recertifications and rent changes within time frames.
• Interview residents to gather income and family information; prepare verifications and lease docs; calculate rents.
• Maintain EID eligibility tracking for 100% of adults for up to 48 months and complete rent adjustments as required.
• Maintain resident files and logs; enter data into computer systems and logs.
