Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year clerical and/or bookkeeping experience.
• Rent calculation certification preferred, but required within one year of employment.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• 65% Travel to the development to conduct annual and interim recertifications and rent changes within established time frames.
• Interview residents to gather income and family information for rent calculations and lease documentation.
• Prepare third party verifications and accurate rent calculations from gathered data.
• Schedule repayment agreements and set up repayment plans.
• Maintain EIV reports and resident files with logs and required paperwork.
• Provide information to residents on reporting HUD policies and AMHA procedures; respond to inquiries.
• Testify at hearings and conduct home/site visits as needed.
