Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual and interim recertifications and rent changes for public housing tenants.
• Interview residents to gather income and family information and prepare lease documentation.
• Calculate rents using data gathered and manage related paperwork and transcripts.
