Job summary

The Charlene Bozovich State Farm Agency is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to contribute to a positive workplace. Prior reception or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to learn our CRM and office systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
