State Farm Caldwell Agency is hiring a part-time, in-person Receptionist & Client Service Coordinator in Caldwell, Idaho. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred. Base pay is $850 biweekly, with potential to earn $18–$20 per hour including commissions and bonuses.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00/3:00 PM (25–30 hours/week). Training will be provided and licenses obtained during employment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred.
• No insurance experience or license required to apply; training will be provided, and obtaining licenses will be part of the position.
• Entry of insurance licenses will be supported during employment.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Help customers with billing, payments, policy documents, and service requests.
• Identify additional insurance needs and connect customers with our sales team.
• Follow up on late payments, policy cancellations, and outstanding requirements.
• Manage incoming emails, text messages, and voicemails.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate mail, policy packets, customer appreciation gifts, and office supplies.
• Once licensed, take advantage of eligible insurance sales opportunities to earn additional commissions.
