The role supports the sales team, handles customer inquiries, and ensures smooth office operations. No prior insurance license is required; training will be provided and licenses obtained on the job.

Part-time, in-person position. Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with billing and policy documents, and coordinating office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with general inquiries.

• Follow up on late payments, policy cancellations, and outstanding requirements.
• Manage incoming emails, text messages, and voicemails.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate mail, policy packets, customer appreciation gifts, and office supplies.
• Once licensed, take advantage of eligible insurance sales opportunities to earn additional commissions.

We’re Hiring! Receptionist & Client Service Coordinator

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred! Caldwell Idaho State Farm Insurance Agency | Part-Time | In-Person

Base Pay: $850 biweekly (equivalent to $17/hour based on a 25-hour workweek) Estimated Total Earnings: $18-20/hour including commissions and bonuses.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–2:00/3:00 PM (25–30 hours per week)

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our growing State Farm Insurance agency! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working with a motivated team.
