Front Desk Coordinator / Customer Experience Representative

Mike Watson State Farm is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the first impression of our agency. As the face of our office, you'll welcome customers, answer phones, coordinate daily office activities, and help create an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors or calls our office.

Full Time in Highland - AR

Licensing Requirement

This is a licensing-contingent position.

• Candidates must be willing to obtain an Arkansas Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Licensing is not required prior to starting.
• You’ll begin training immediately while working toward your license, and we provide full study materials, coaching, and support throughout the licensing process.
