Job summary

Talentify in Mount Olive, NC, is seeking a part-time, onsite Receptionist to deliver friendly, professional service at our nursing center. You will be the first face patients and visitors see, handling calls, greetings, mail, and basic clerical tasks with a courteous, organized approach.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to greet and assist patients, visitors and staff professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
