Hours: Approximately 28 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Possible Schedule
Tuesday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
We have some flexibility with the schedule; however, weekend coverage is a MUST.
Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist visitors with check-in and facility procedures
Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate department
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other communications
Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
Maintain accurate records and handle information appropriately
Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
Follow facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer and office skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Must be available to work weekends
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on facility needs
Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
