The receptionist serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional, welcoming front desk and supporting basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist visitors with check-in and facility procedures.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other communications.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate records and handle information appropriately.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
