Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Receptionist at Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. You will answer calls, greet guests, and direct inquiries to staff, delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm. We offer competitive pay, medical and 401k, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
• Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task
• Customer service driven
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point)
• Clear reading/speaking English
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• 18+ years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Professionally administer all incoming calls
• Record messages and deliver to proper individual
• Ensure calls are redirected accordingly
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner
• Assist dealership employees as needed
• Perform clerical duties

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, the Receptionist is responsible for answering the switchboard phones and directing callers quickly and efficiently to the appropriate staff members. The receptionist is also responsible for greeting and directing walk-in customers, while delivering a great customer experience.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Our strength comes from the more than 3,500 employees nationwide.
