Lexus of Wayzata, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a Receptionist to be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls and front-desk duties to support customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is accurate, customer-focused, and communicates well; experience as cashier or in an automotive dealership is a plus. The schedule includes weekday nights with rotating Saturdays, offering growth opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience or automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming calls and transfer to specific department.
• Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify payments.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate personnel.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata, the Receptionist is critical to out customer’s experience. The Receptionist is responsible for taking inbound calls and transferring them to the proper department. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Our strength comes from the more than 3,500 employees nationwide. We are currently one of the largest automotive groups in the country, providing incredible growth opportunity.

Schedule is ideally weekday nights with rotating Saturday's, details scheduled in person. We have 2 different options for schedule, both require rotating Saturday's. Monday - 3:30pm-8pm, or Wednesday 3:30pm-8pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and transfer to specific department
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
