Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Receptionist for Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata. The role involves taking inbound calls, transferring them to the correct department, and ensuring accuracy in daily cash and ticket reconciliation.

The ideal candidate is accurate and customer-focused, with a strong professional appearance. Schedule includes weekday nights with rotating Saturdays; two options: Mon 3:30pm-8pm or Wed 3:30pm-8pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, deposits, and verify cash/credit at end of shift.
• Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer to the right person for resolution.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata, theReceptionistis critical to out customer’s experience. TheReceptionistisresponsible for taking inbound calls and transferring them to the proper department. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

Schedule is ideally weekday nights with rotating Saturday's, details scheduled in person.

We have 2 different options for schedule, both require rotating Saturday's.

Monday - 3:30pm-8pm, or Wednesday 3:30pm-8pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls and transfer to specific department
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays
