Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a Receptionist to help deliver exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and routing inquiries to the correct department.

The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, has a high school diploma, and is comfortable with a schedule that includes weekday nights and rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Professional appearance required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and transfer to a specific department.
• Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata, theReceptionistis critical to out customer’s experience. TheReceptionistisresponsible for taking inbound calls and transferring them to the proper department. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

Schedule is ideally weekday nights with rotating Saturday's, details scheduled in person.

We have 2 different options for schedule, both require rotating Saturday's.

Monday - 3:30pm-8pm, or Wednesday 3:30pm-8pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls and transfer to specific department
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
