Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Receptionist for Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester to warmly greet visitors, answer and route calls, and support staff with clerical tasks in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, with pay between $18-$20 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and sick time, paid training, and employee discounts, plus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist experience
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
• Customer service driven
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint) knowledge
• Read, write, and speak English clearly
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Professionally administer all incoming calls.
• Record messages and deliver to the proper individual.
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assist dealership employees as needed.
• Perform clerical duties.
• Order necessary office supplies.

Located at Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, the Receptionist is responsible for answering the switchboard phones and directing callers quickly and efficiently to the appropriate staff members.
