The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Receptionist at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata. This role handles inbound calls, routes them to the proper department, and aims to create a positive first impression for customers.

The position requires accuracy, customer focus, and a professional appearance. Schedule options include weekday evenings with rotating Saturdays; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and paid training.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming calls and transfer to specific department.
• Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata, theReceptionistis critical to out customer’s experience. TheReceptionistisresponsible for taking inbound calls and transferring them to the proper department. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

Schedule is ideally weekday nights with rotating Saturday's, details scheduled in person.

We have 2 different options for schedule, both require rotating Saturday's.

Monday - 3:30pm-8pm, or Wednesday 3:30pm-8pm.
