Job description

We serve over 2,000 customers, including airlines, original equipment manufacturers, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers, and component suppliers worldwide, with 31 leasing, sales, distribution, and MRO operations in 19 countries. The GA Telesis Ecosystem concept is central to our integrated aviation solutions.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organized, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming front desk phone calls, managing the lobby area, and providing a positive first impression while welcoming guests. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic self-starter eager to thrive in a challenging environment, with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, determine their needs, notify the relevant person(s), and maintain the reception area at all times.
  2. Coordinate substitutes/coverage with the People Operations Manager during absences.
  3. Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, screen calls, transfer callers to the correct individual, take complete and accurate messages, and distribute messages in a timely manner.
  4. Activate the answering machine at the end of the day and set the system to "night ring" mode.
  5. Check the answering machine in the morning and retrieve messages for appropriate delivery.
  6. Sort incoming and outgoing mail, express envelopes, and courier packages for distribution to employees.
  7. Maintain the office supply cabinet, monitor inventory, and reorder supplies as needed.
  8. Perform routine clerical functions as requested.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  2. Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete various tasks throughout the day.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to contribute positively as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required.
  5. Experience with clerical procedures and prior receptionist experience.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
