Williamson Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Williamson, WV, seeks a part-time Receptionist for morning and early hours. You will greet patients, answer phones, and handle basic administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus prior office experience. Training will cover clinic procedures, data entry, and visitor management in a drug-addiction treatment environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous office/administrative experience preferred; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience answering telephones, billing, typing or word processing, and filing.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors; check them in and direct them.
• Inform other employees of arrivals or cancellations; enter customer data.
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents; handle mail and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
