Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Tulsa Comprehensive Treatment Center is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time morning shift (5 am–12 pm), 30 hours per week. The role greets patients, answers calls, and handles basic admin tasks in a frontline clinic environment.

You will support the clinic's operations, schedule appointments, maintain records, and assist visitors while promoting a compassionate, professional atmosphere in our addiction treatment setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous office/administrative experience preferred; healthcare setting experience is a plus.
• Experience answering telephones, billing, typing or word processing, and filing.
• Comfortable working in an addiction recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to destinations.
• Inform staff of arrivals or cancellations.
• Enter customer data and send correspondence.
• Copy, file, and maintain documents (paper or electronic).
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
