Job description

Vaco is working with a client in the Med Tech industry who is looking for a Receptionist/HR Support to support the front office duties for their HR team.

Key job responsibilities will include front office support and providing administrative support to the HR team. This is a temporary opportunity located in El Segundo, offering a pay rate of up to $24/hr. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Providing administrative support to the HR team
  2. Answering phone calls
  3. Setting up badges for new employees
  4. Assisting with special projects
  5. Ordering all office supplies
  6. Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
  7. Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Experience working with an HR department is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to be effective both in person and on the phone
