Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, vendors, and families.
• Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice and screen/transfer calls.
• Train to learn Payroll/HR Generalist role.
• Coordinate in-house doctor appointments and medical equipment logs.
• Complete and assemble admission package.
• File various documents.
• Review and disseminate E-Faxes to the appropriate location.
• Navigate Microsoft Office: Word, Teams, Excel.

Receptionist for beautiful SNF in Osage Beach, MO
