Job summary

Halperns’ Steak & Seafood in Orlando, FL is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming point of contact for customers and vendors. The role supports accounts with accurate data entry, reconciliations, and timely communication, ensuring quality service.

You will use Microsoft Office and Google Apps daily, coordinate calls, and maintain professional relationships. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with opportunities to contribute to broader administrative tasks and team

Qualifications

• Vocational knowledge of industry trends in Shared Services (AR/AP) processing.
• Strong mathematical skills for financial reconciliations.
• Ability to compare, analyze, coordinate, and copy information.
• Clear communication skills across reading, writing, and speaking at a basic level.
• Customer service and relationship-building orientation.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for specific account reconciliations and deliver exceptional service.
• Audit and prepare reports to substantiate reconciliations and balances.
• Enter customer/vendor account information accurately and timely.
• Support departmental goals by meeting or exceeding personal targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned and relevant to the role.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 09:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Functions:

• Functions as the central point of contact for specific and/or more complex account reconciliations. Provides exceptional and accurate internal and external customer service.
• Audits and prepares information or reports to substantiate account reconciliations and balances.
• Enters customer/ vendor account information timely and accurately.
• Contributes to Departmental Goals by meeting/exceeding individual goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned and specific to individual roles/responsibilities.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Vocational - Knowledge of industry trends specific to Shared Services (AR/AP) processing.

• Mathematical - Exceptional math skills for financial reconciliations.

• Reasoning - Comparing, analyzing, coordinating, copying, etc.
