H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, route them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will ensure excellent service across in-person, phone, and virtual channels while keeping the office organized and welcoming.

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
