Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. This role focuses on delivering friendly, personalized service and helping clients feel confident about their visits.

You will schedule appointments, support team members, maintain a tidy office, and handle routine duties in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work across locations and a high school diploma are preferred.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy front-desk setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
