Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer inquiries, and connect customers with the right tax expert. You will schedule appointments and ensure each client feels valued whether in person, by phone, or online.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly office, collaborating with teammates to keep the space organized and welcoming. Prior customer service and computer skills with Office applications are preferred for success in this role.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
