H&R Block in Illinois is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the best-suited tax professional.

You’ll schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone or virtually, and help maintain a clean, organized office with the team while contributing to a friendly, efficient service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

Pay Range

$15.00 - $18.00/Hr.
