Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You\'ll help schedule appointments and ensure every client feels welcome whether in person, by phone, or online.

The role emphasizes fast-paced environment experience, multitasking, and strong organizational skills, with flexibility to work at multiple locations. Compensation range is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Your Expertise:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
